If I see you using your

when you haven't been
given explicit permission to
Show your teacher and classmates respect

by only talking when it is your turn.
If you need to talk to me about missing work, your grades, or any special accommodations ... see me after class.
More specifically,
Absences:
If you are absent, it is your responsibility to see me about what you have missed. Please do so after class.
Note: When we decide on a time for you to come make-up a missed quiz/test etc. be sure to sign up on my schedule sheet so that I know who to expect when!
Late Work:
Again, it is your responsibility to approach me after class to discuss why you are bringing me something late. Depending on your cause, I am willing to accept most assignments 1 day late for 80 possible points. If you bring your work to me 2 days late, it can only be worth 75 possible points. 3 Days late 60 points. 4 days late 50. I will not accept work after that. I am counting every day school is in session, so even if I only see you on A-Days, I count the very next school day, the B-Day, as the first day it is late and so forth. Weekends and holidays do not count.
Unacceptable causes for late work include: "I forgot" and/or "I didn't know."
Note: Late work is different from make-up work. Meaning, if you are absent-- I will not expect for you to turn in anything to me until the next time I see you. From then on, it will be considered late and the same rules will apply.
Tutoring/Special Accommodations:
If you believe you may need more help than what I can offer you in-class, I encourage you to speak with me one-on-one after class. You may also reach me through my Contact page.
